Dawn of the Dog
A short adventure game, made for the Dogpitjam. Inspired by the movie Dawn of the Dead, you get to control a dog and save people from zombies in a mall. It's about a minute of gameplay.
Unfortunately I encountered a bug which I wasn't able to fix in time. The screen flickers on start. If you move the character the flickering stops. My apologies.
Controls are left mouse button to interact with objects. D or right arrow to move forward, A or left arrow to move backwards.
A few people pointed out that nothing happens in the game, so a few hints if you’re stuck:
- The zombie at the end (lady in red) has a lighter. She doesn’t like barking.
- The man with the shopping cart has a propane can in his cart, which you can ignite.
- The knive that falls through the window can be used to help the old lady.
- The old lady has some ammo for you, which another person desperately needs.
- The trashcan drops scissors which you can use to free someone.
- The EMT has keys for the ambulance for you.

Fun short game! Really cute ending scene.
Thank you so much! I’m a bit sick right now but as soon as I’m better I would love to play your Batman game. Or is there another game you made that you would advise?
all the best 😊
:-D The best games of mine are probably not the ones where I do it all myself. But sure, the Batman game is an attempt to make a game purely by using the dialog system of AGS.
